Sint-Pieters-Leeuw - Last Monday, 10 July 2017, Joel Leclercq, the chair of Unil Lubricants together with the CEO, Bart Coen, signed the notarial deed for purchasing the historic farmhouse 'Ten Brukom' in Sint-Pieters-Leeuw. The major specialist in commercial lubricants has bought the land with the magnificent building adjacent to its existing areas in order to further develop the company. The farmhouse dates back to the 17th and 18th centuries. Although the farmhouse itself is a listed building, a large part of the site on which it stands is designated as an industrial zone.
